Hello folks who appreciate insect moms,Wolf Spiders(Family Lycosidae) are fascinating because unlike most insects they will not simply abandon their eggs.
They will instead, carry the eggs in an egg sac(attached to their abdomen) and take it along to every baby shower or whatever things expecting spiders do.
This is important because when the babies come out of the eggs, they won't leave their mother's company right away.
Instead they will ride on her abdomen for a week or two, till they think it's time to venture out on their own. This protects them from predators till they are ready to fend for themselves.
